Unit is made up of a large naturally lit warehouse component alongside a small but neat office that has its own toilet and kitchenette. The windows on both sides of the office allow a large amount of natural light along with a view into the warehouse.

There are separate male and female ablutions each with their own kitchenette. The male bathroom also includes a shower and a urinal.
There is an emergency exit through the ablution. Access is gained through a separate door next to the roller door.
